◆ Governance & Integrity

Whistleblowing Policy.

How to raise an integrity concern about Talentbank, kept confidential, and if you choose, entirely anonymous. Reports go straight to the CEO — no line manager, no department, no one in between to quietly make it disappear.

Report a Concern → No name needed. Goes straight to the CEO.
File a Report

Fill in what you know. We'll take it from there.

Your name and email are optional — leave them blank and this report is anonymous, fully and by design. Nothing here is compulsory except what happened. When you submit, your email app opens with everything filled in, addressed straight to the CEO. Review it, then send it yourself; nothing leaves your device before that.

Sent to the CEO directly. Nothing is transmitted until you review and send the email yourself.
Our Commitment

Integrity, and a real way to report when it's missing.

Talentbank is built on trust: from the students and graduates who use our platform, the universities and employers who partner with us, and the vendors who work with us. This policy sets out how anyone — staff, vendor, partner or member of the public — can raise a genuine concern about wrongdoing at Talentbank, and what happens to protect them for doing so.

Who This Applies To

Anyone with a genuine concern.

What You Can Report

Conduct that falls short of how we say we operate.

Fraud or financial misconduct
Misuse of funds, falsified records, or dishonest financial reporting.
Bribery or corruption
Improper payments, kickbacks, or abuse of position for personal gain.
Harassment or discrimination
Conduct that breaches how colleagues, candidates or partners should be treated.
Data misuse
Mishandling of personal data outside our PDPA obligations.
Conflicts of interest
Undisclosed interests that could improperly influence a decision.
Breach of law or policy
Any other act that breaches the law or Talentbank's own stated policies.
How to Report

Straight to the top, not through the usual channels.

A whistleblowing report deliberately bypasses normal reporting lines. It goes directly and only to Talentbank's top management team — never through a line manager, department, or general inbox where it could be intercepted or suppressed.

Every option below can be used without giving your name. Anonymity is entirely your choice, on every channel, including the physical letter — we will never try to work out who sent something you chose to send anonymously.

Option 1 · Email

Email the CEO directly — click to reveal the address — with the subject line marked "Confidential – Whistleblower Report". This reaches the CEO, not a shared team inbox.

Prefer not to give your name? Use a name-free email address and simply don't sign the message. We act on the information itself, not on who sent it.

Option 2 · Direct to the CEO

Message our CEO, Ben Ho, directly on LinkedIn. A personal message to a named individual doesn't pass through any shared company inbox or staff member along the way — it reaches him and only him.

Use this route if you specifically want to bypass every internal system, not just the usual reporting line.

Option 3 · A Letter, Anonymously

No email, no login, no digital trail at all. Post a letter, typed or handwritten, with no name or return address, to:

Ben Ho, CEO — Private & Confidential
Talentbank Sdn Bhd
B-0-19, Plaza Damas 3, Jalan Sri Hartamas 1
50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Marked this way, it is opened only by the CEO. This is the most anonymous option available — there is nothing to trace back to you.

Your Protection

Raising a genuine concern will not cost you, and it never has to reveal you.

This protection covers concerns raised honestly and in good faith. It does not extend to reports knowingly false or made maliciously — but a report being anonymous, on its own, is never treated as a reason for doubt.

What Happens Next
01
Acknowledged
Your report reaches top management directly, and is acknowledged where contact details are given.
02
Reviewed in confidence
The concern is looked into by top management, kept confidential throughout.
03
Acted on
Where a concern is substantiated, appropriate action is taken. Where contact details were given, the reporter is updated on the outcome.
A Note to Anyone Doing Wrong

There is no one left to intercept this.

Three independent routes reach the top of this organisation directly: an email marked confidential, a structured report addressed straight to the CEO, and a personal LinkedIn message that never touches a shared inbox. No line manager sits between a report and the person who acts on it. No department can quietly sit on it. No single person controls all three channels at once.

If something is being covered up, misused, or done at someone else's expense, the people best placed to know are the people closest to it — and now they have three separate, protected ways to say so. Anonymity is available to the reporter. It isn't available to the misconduct.

Have a concern to raise?

Use the report form, email directly, message our CEO on LinkedIn, or post a letter with no name on it. All four go straight to the top.

Whichever you choose, staying anonymous is entirely your call, not a box you have to justify.
