This is not the cheapest way to fill a role, and it is not meant to be. We do not bill for hours. Our fee has two parts, so we are rewarded only when you get the candidates you came for.

A transparent base.

A clear management fee for the expertise and the work: strategy, audience, creative, setup, daily optimisation and reporting. You always know what you are paying for.

Paid on performance.

On top of the base, a performance component tied to the qualified candidates we deliver. When the campaign works for you, it works for us. Our incentives point the same way as yours.

How the commercials work.

  • You own the ad account. You pay LinkedIn directly, so the spend and the data stay yours.
  • Terms are shaped around you. The base and performance components are set against your budget and goals on a strategy call, never sold off the shelf.
  • We take on a limited number. This is a hands-on service, so each campaign gets our full attention.
  • Budget guidance comes on the call. We will be straight about whether a campaign is the right route for you, or whether posting directly on our job site would serve you better.

We are also our own client. Talentbank spends six to seven figures on LinkedIn advertising every year, running campaigns to reach specific candidates in the fields and demographics we serve. The practical questions.

Who holds the ad budget?

You do. The campaign runs in your own LinkedIn ad account and you pay LinkedIn directly, so the spend is always transparent and under your control.

What counts as a qualified candidate?

We agree the definition with you upfront, based on role fit, seniority and the signals that matter to you, so the performance component is measured on something real.

Can you target specific people?

LinkedIn does not allow targeting named individuals, and employment ads follow anti-discrimination rules. We target tightly by role, skills, seniority, function and company instead.

Is there a minimum budget?

As a guide, we ask for a minimum ad budget of USD 7,500 to get started, plus a separate management fee, so the targeting and optimisation have room to work. If your budget is smaller, posting directly on our job site is usually the better and more cost-effective route, and we are glad to point you there.
