It should be read together with our Personal Data Protection Notice, issued under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and our Cookie Policy.
Through this website we collect only the information you choose to give us through forms, such as your name, email, phone number, organisation, and the details in your message or sign-up. We do not take payments or provide logged-in accounts on this website. More broadly, depending on how you engage with us, we may also collect information when you register for or attend an event, subscribe to our content, or take part in our programmes, including images, audio and video recorded at our events.
We collect personal data directly from you when you contact us, complete a form, or take part in an activity. We collect some technical and usage data automatically through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy. In limited cases we may receive information from partners such as universities, employers, or event co-organisers where you have engaged with them in connection with our Services.
