Corporate Keynote · Ben Ho

Your team, read out loud.

The Menagerie Keynote takes Talentbank's twelve work-animal archetypes and puts them in front of a room. Ben Ho, our CEO, walks your people through how they are built to work, why the colleague across the desk operates nothing like them, and what to do about it on Monday.

The talk

Twelve animals, one room.

The Menagerie Method is Talentbank's career personality framework: twelve work-animal archetypes measured across four dimensions. As a keynote, it becomes something a room can feel rather than read. People recognise themselves, then recognise the colleague they have been quietly frustrated with for two years, and the mood in the room shifts. It is a session about self-awareness and how teams actually fit together, delivered with enough humour that nobody feels examined.

What your people take away

Useful on Monday, not just memorable on the day.

A language for the team

Once a room shares the same vocabulary for how people work, difficult conversations get noticeably easier.

Honest self-recognition

Not flattery. People leave clearer about their own strengths and, more usefully, their blind spots.

Fewer avoidable frictions

Most team friction is a difference in working style read as a difference in intent. Naming it defuses a good deal of it.

Who it is for

Companies, conferences and leadership offsites.

Annual dinners, town halls, leadership retreats, sales kick-offs, HR and industry conferences. It works for a boardroom of twelve and for an auditorium of several hundred, though the session is shaped differently for each. Tell us the room and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

Formats

Three ways to run it.

The keynote

Around 45 minutes on stage. The full twelve archetypes, why they clash, and what to do with that. Best for larger audiences.

Keynote with live results

Your team takes the ten-minute assessment beforehand, and Ben reads the room's actual composition back to them live. The version people remember.

Half-day workshop

The talk, then structured work on your real teams. For leadership groups who want to leave with decisions, not just insight.

How it works

Four steps.

01

Write to Mavis with your date, venue and rough audience size.

02

She confirms whether Ben is free and shares the fee for your format.

03

We shape the session around your organisation and what you want people to leave with.

04

Ben delivers it, and your team gets a language they keep using afterwards.

A note on fees.

This is a paid engagement. The fee depends on format, audience size, location and how much tailoring you want, so we quote per event rather than publish a rate card. Travel and accommodation outside the Klang Valley are handled separately and openly. Mavis will give you a straight number before you commit to anything.

Speak to Mavis.

Ben curated the Menagerie Method, and speaking to it is work he genuinely wants to do. The constraint is his diary rather than his interest: much of it is committed to ministry and university engagements. Send your date, venue and audience size early, and Mavis, our Group Secretary, will come back on availability and fee.

Curious what the framework is first? Take a look at the Menagerie Method, or try the assessment yourself.
