The Employers' Choice Award is the ceremony where a year of employer voting is published as the Graduate Employability Index, decided by employers, not by nomination or self-submission.

How It’s Decided

Chosen by employers, not applied for.

Universities cannot nominate themselves for this award. Employers are asked which institutions their best hires came from, and the Index and the ceremony are built on the results.

Employer-led
The vote comes from organisations that hire graduates, not from the universities themselves.
Annual cycle
Results are gathered through the year and announced at the ceremony each Raya season.
