Every organisation carries the names it has worn. Ours were Careertour and HRINCAMPUS, and then Talentbank.
We chose Talentbank for what we look after. Over the years we have gathered a large collection of profiles: people at the start of their careers, each waiting to be seen. Candidates place their profiles with us. Employers visit to find the people they need.
It began small. In 2012 we worked with just 10 universities. Today it is more than 100, with more than 25,000 employers. There were hard years along the way. When the lockdown closed the halls in 2020, we took our career fairs online and kept going.
Every profile we hold is a person. It is careful work, and we treat it that way.

Ben Ho began his career as a graphic designer. Today he leads Talentbank on one hard truth: the employability gap is not a talent problem but a readiness problem. So he built not a job board but a living ecosystem, one that has touched more than a million graduates and 100+ universities, and earned recognition from Malaysia's National Employment Council and former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir.
The hardest work is still ahead. As automation rewrites roles, employability becomes the line between a generation that adapts and one left behind. Automation is rewriting roles faster than any curriculum can follow, and the shelf life of a skill keeps shrinking.
