Talentbank is Malaysia’s talent authority, built to world standards. Sixteen years of talent intelligence now powers an ecosystem of awards, events, research, and Talentbank Career Passport, our career platform, open to everyone, everywhere.
To map the world’s careers so precisely that every graduate finds the right beginning, and every organisation finds the right people.
A world where no talent is wasted: where careers are built on evidence, opportunity is visible to all, and employers compete to be worth choosing. It begins at home.
Sixteen years on from a single conviction, we are the nation’s talent authority. Our career fairs, awards, and research connect every major university with the country’s leading employers, and in doing so opened a niche of our own: a living understanding of how careers here actually begin, one we keep deepening as we grow fast.
That understanding is our advantage, and it now powers everything we build. What began in Kuala Lumpur is becoming the ecosystem that will define how a country discovers, develops, and deploys its talent, starting with our own.
We help leading organisations hire the right graduates, build employer brands talent chooses, and understand the market better than anyone.
We help students and graduates discover their ideal employers, prepare with confidence, and begin careers that matter.
We partner with universities across the country, recognising excellence and connecting their graduates with the industry that hires them.
Everything we run feeds what we know, and what we know makes everything sharper.
The focus of our next decade. Talentbank Career Passport learns from millions of career journeys to guide every individual, anywhere in the world, to where they belong: the employers, the opportunities, and the career they were built for. Built in Malaysia, made for the world.

Helping people understand their strengths and the work that suits them best.
Ben Ho began his career as a graphic designer. Today he leads Talentbank and its team of Talentbankers, partnering with hundreds of global corporations on recruitment and employer branding, sixteen years on from the company's founding.
Those years taught him one hard truth: the employability gap is not a talent problem but a readiness problem. Readiness is not a certificate; it is the attitude, communication and resilience that turn potential into contribution, and too many capable graduates begin without it. The cost is paid twice, by the graduate who stalls and the employer left short.
So he built not a job board but a living ecosystem, bringing universities, employers, associations and students under one roof. That work has touched more than a million graduates and over 100 universities, and earned recognition from Malaysia's National Employment Council and former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir, which he treats as duty, not trophy.
The hardest work is still ahead. As automation rewrites roles, employability becomes the line between a generation that adapts and one left behind. It is why Talentbank is building Talentbank Career Passport, a platform that connects the ecosystem and walks with each person from first job to lasting growth. To the partners and builders who share that belief the invitation is open, as is his door for students seeking mentorship.
Roots in Malaysia. Built for the world.
Automation is rewriting roles faster than any curriculum can follow, and the shelf life of a skill keeps shrinking. Capable graduates struggle to become ready, and employers struggle to find people who are. The gap is large, structural, and global.
Talentbank sits where education, employers and artificial intelligence meet, with sixteen years of proprietary understanding of how careers begin. That foundation now powers Talentbank Career Passport, the platform we are building for the decade ahead: one system connecting the ecosystem, and a lifelong companion for every individual. What we built in Malaysia, we are now extending across the region.
We welcome partners, investors and collaborators from across the world to discuss what we might build together. To arrange a conversation, reach Mavis at the CEO's office.
Whether you are hiring, studying, or partnering, from Malaysia or beyond, there is a place for you in what we are building.
