Ben Ho began his career as a graphic designer. Today he leads Talentbank on one hard truth: the employability gap is not a talent problem but a readiness problem. So he built not a job board but a living ecosystem, one that has touched more than a million graduates and over 100 universities, and earned recognition from Malaysia's National Employment Council and former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir.
