Each chapter is organised by a working committee of its own members. Talentbank supports it with funding, network, resources, speakers and more, so the committee can focus on the community rather than the logistics.
Tech Community is designed to be self-sustaining, not permanently dependent on Talentbank. That means proper governance: an Annual General Meeting, committee elections, and a sustainability plan the membership holds itself to.
