Each chapter is organised by a working committee drawn from its own members. Talentbank supports the committee with what running a chapter actually needs: funding, network, resources, speakers and more, so the committee can focus on the community rather than the logistics.
The community exists to get tech people in the same room on a regular basis: to collaborate, to share what they're actually seeing in the industry, and to build something worth their time. That cuts both ways — it builds Talentbank's standing in the tech sector, and it gives speakers and panellists a real platform to build their own name.
Tech Community is designed to be self-sustaining rather than permanently dependent on Talentbank to function. That means a proper governance structure: an Annual General Meeting, committee elections, and a sustainability plan the membership holds itself to, not just Talentbank.
