Talentbank Events & Exposition is the events team.

Talentbank is a Kuala Lumpur company best known for graduate employability, recruitment support and award programmes. Within it, Talentbank Events & Exposition is the events division, and it plans and runs annual dinners, award nights and company events for businesses.

What does an annual dinner event company do?

It takes the whole night off your team. We handle eight things end to end: strategy and planning, venue, theme and creative, food and beverage, talent and emcee, production and AV, build and on-site, and the wrap-up. Some people search for an annual dinner organizer rather than organiser. Either way, it is one team accountable for the night.

How far ahead should we plan our year-end dinner?

Allow two to six months, and more than six if you can. If your date is closer than that, tell us anyway and we will tell you what is possible.

How is an annual dinner priced?

Every dinner is quoted to your brief, with one fixed quote upfront. Our fee covers planning and production. Food and venue are billed separately, so you keep full control of both. What you approve is what you are billed.

Can you build the dinner around our theme or brand?

Yes. Start from a ready theme with props on hand, such as Masquerade, Movie, Musical or Magical, or let us design something entirely your own, built around your brand and story.

Do you organise award nights and other company events?

Yes. Talentbank Events & Exposition organises annual dinners, award nights and company events for businesses, as well as the Graduates' Choice Award gala and the national career fairs.
